Riverside Resources has received mineral title for enlarged claim blocks at two of its British Columbia exploration projects, nearly doubling the tenure area at Red Jacket and adding about 30% at Revel, the company said in a July 30 release. No hectare figures, staking costs or annual holding costs were disclosed.
Riverside trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under RRI, with secondary listings in New York (OTCQB: RVSDF) and Frankfurt. The company describes itself as a project generator, meaning it assembles exploration ground with the intention of advancing it partly through funded partnerships rather than paying for all drilling itself.
Revel is a carbonatite-hosted rare earth element project roughly 20 kilometres by road from Seymour Arm, north of Revelstoke. Carbonatites are carbonate-rich igneous rocks that host most of the world's rare earth production. The project covers part of the Mount Grace Carbonatite, and Riverside says it has mapped a 12-kilometre carbonatite-style rare earth system that has never been drilled. The new claims cover what the company interprets as the northern continuation of the carbonatite layer. An airborne geophysical survey is planned in the coming weeks, followed by field work.
Red Jacket, which Riverside assembled earlier in 2026, targets volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralisation — sulphide accumulations formed on ancient sea floors, typically carrying copper, zinc, silver and gold. It sits about 15 kilometres east of Clearwater and 115 kilometres north-northeast of Kamloops, reachable by paved highway and logging road.
The property lies in the Eagle Bay Assemblage, the same host rocks as Trekor Metals' feasibility-stage Yellowhead copper project roughly 10 kilometres to the south. Proximity to a defined deposit is a geological argument, not a resource; Riverside has no mineral resource estimate at Red Jacket.
Historical soil sampling, mapping and geophysics by INCO in the 1970s and Placer Dome in the 1980s, combined with Riverside's own late-2025 sampling, outline a four-kilometre trend taking in the Redtop, Snow and Sunrise showings. Placer Dome drilled four short holes and recommended thirteen more that were never completed. Riverside reports high-grade polymetallic results from 2025 grab samples but gives no assay values in the release. Grab samples are selected by hand at surface and are not representative of any wider zone.
Field programmes are under way at both properties, with results expected over the following months. Riverside states it has a strong balance sheet and no debt but provided no cash balance or share count. Chief executive John-Mark Staude said the larger land packages set the company "up for partner funding transactions and expanded exploration." No partner agreement or dollar commitment was announced.
