Who we are
pennystocks.news is published by Pennystocks.news, Salamancapad 315, 3584 DX Utrecht, Netherlands. We are the controller of the data described below under the GDPR. Reach us at [EMAIL].
What we collect
Your email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter. We use it to send you the newsletter and nothing else. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link.
Delivery statistics — whether emails were delivered, opened, and clicked — so we can tell the newsletter is working and clear out dead addresses. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs — IP address, browser, referring page, time of request — kept for security and troubleshooting for 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Emails you send us, kept for 24 months so we can reply and keep a record. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't collect payment information. Nothing here is sold to readers and we will never ask you for card details.
Cookies and analytics
We set a session cookie when a subscriber signs in, which keeps you signed in until you sign out. That's it. We run no analytics, no advertising cookies, and no tracking of our own.
Embedded content
Our charts come from TradingView, and articles may embed videos or social posts. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that site directly: your browser contacts their servers, they receive your IP address, and they may set their own cookies and record your interaction with the embed. That's governed by their privacy policies, not ours. TradingView's policy: https://www.tradingview.com/privacy-policy/
Who processes your data
Ghost(Pro) hosts the site and manages subscriptions. Mailgun delivers the newsletter. Both are established in the United States; transfers outside the EEA rely on standard contractual clauses.
We don't sell your data, don't share it with advertisers, and don't share it with the companies we write about — including ones that have paid us.
How long we keep it
Subscription data lasts as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep a suppression record — your address and the fact you opted out — so we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop our use of it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email [EMAIL] and we'll respond within a month.
You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in the country where you live.
Children
This site isn't directed at anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
