Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. has completed a corporate name change to Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc., effective July 30, 2026, following receipt of the required regulatory approvals. The change was first flagged in a July 9 release.
According to the company, its common shares begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new symbol VEIL at the commencement of trading on August 5, 2026, replacing the former listing identifiers. New security identifiers are CUSIP 45836R105 and ISIN CA45836R1055.
The two other listings are not affected on the same schedule. The OTCQB symbol remains IGCRF until a ticker change is approved and announced at some unspecified future date, and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange listing continues under Y4G.
The company says no action is required from existing shareholders. Share certificates and Direct Registration System statements carrying the old corporate name remain valid evidence of ownership. The release states that the name change does not affect shareholder rights or the company's capital structure, meaning share count and outstanding securities are unchanged.
The Vancouver-based company frames the rebranding as matching a shift in focus toward enterprise artificial intelligence infrastructure, specifically privacy, security, governance and what it describes as quantum resilience — resistance to future attacks by quantum computers on current encryption methods.
Its stated product line includes the AIQu platform, a managed services offering, the SecureGuard360 cybersecurity platform, and VEIL, which the company describes as its first commercial product, aimed at protecting sensitive AI data and workflows in enterprise settings. The company has published a technical white paper on the VEIL approach, titled "Informationally Compressive Anonymization," on the arXiv preprint server. Preprints of that kind are not peer-reviewed.
What the release does not contain is any commercial or financial detail. There are no revenue figures, customer names, contract values, cash balance or burn-rate disclosures, and no indication of how far VEIL has progressed beyond the description of it as a first commercial product. The document is an administrative notice: it changes the company's name and one of its three trading symbols, and nothing else about the business is quantified in it.
The company's chief executive officer is Alan Guibord, who signed the release on behalf of the board. The entity continues to operate legally as Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc., doing business as Integrated Quantum Technologies.
