Vital Infrastructure Buys Brooklyn Medical Outpatient Building for $126.7 Million
The Toronto-listed healthcare REIT paid $126.7 million (US$89.9 million) for a 142,249-square-foot outpatient medical building in Brooklyn leased to AdvantageCare Physicians New York, with about 11 years left on the lease.
