Tier One Silver launches private placement to fund Ecuador copper option
Tier One Silver is offering units at C$0.07 for minimum gross proceeds of C$12 million, with US$1.8 million earmarked for the first payment on a 70% option over the Ruta de Cobre copper-molybdenum project in Ecuador.
