CSN Bondholders Tender $1.01 Billion of 2028 Notes in Exchange Offer
CSN said holders tendered US$1,007,324,000 of CSN Inova Ventures' 6.750% senior notes due 2028, or 77.49% of the outstanding amount, satisfying the minimum participation condition for the private exchange offer.
