The9 Says Investee Nanyang Biologics Clears SEC Review for US$1.5 Billion Nasdaq Deal
The9 Limited said its Singapore investee Nanyang Biologics received a notice of effectiveness from the SEC for its Form F-4, clearing a step toward a Nasdaq listing at a pre-transaction valuation of about US$1.5 billion. A SPAC shareholder vote is set for August 19, 2026.
