McFarlane Lake to Take 19.9% Stake in Neighbouring iMetal Resources for $1.42 Million
McFarlane Lake Mining has agreed to buy 14,200,852 units of iMetal Resources at $0.10 each, a $1,420,085 subscription that would leave it holding 19.9% of the neighbouring explorer, plus a board nomination right.
