Farmmi Signs Framework Agreement to Buy Brazilian Agricultural Trading Company
Farmmi has signed a framework agreement to acquire 100% of Four Seasons Holding Group Brazil Ltda, with the price still to be set by an independent valuation and payment expected in Class A ordinary shares.
