DelphX Drops Debenture Portion, Cuts Financing to $80,000 Unit Placement
DelphX Capital Markets says it will now raise no more than $80,000 by selling 8,000,000 units at one cent each, and that the convertible debenture portion of the financing announced on July 20 will not proceed.
