Anfield Energy Closes US$6.9 Million Share Offering at US$4.00 per Share
The uranium and vanadium developer sold 1,715,000 common shares at US$4.00 each, including full exercise of the underwriters' option. Uranium Energy Corp took US$2.5 million of the deal through a subsidiary.
