Rezolve AI PLC NASDAQ: RZLV

The company's September 1 results release leads on a deal with Google. Following what it describes as an extensive technical evaluation, Google selected Rezolve's proprietary distributed database technology for deployment inside Google Cloud. According to the company's announcement, the initial rollout covers roughly 100 terabytes of data across ten blockchain networks, providing indexing and data pipelines for Google Cloud's Web3 datasets. The company says further infrastructure licensing agreements are expected soon, though none are named.

The financial picture is harder to read. Rezolve raised about $250 million in new equity during the first half. The company says $67.5 million of the operating loss reflects non-cash charges — share-based pay, depreciation and an impairment write-down — rather than cash leaving the business. Gross margin for the half was 48.9%.

Shares closed 17.30% lower at $2.3900 after the results were released, on dollar volume of about $153.7 million.

Rezolve reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance of about $360 million. According to the release, hitting that number requires about $229 million in H2 revenue — driven, the company says, by peak retail trading, enterprise deployment timing and partner-led distribution. Rezolve entered that second half with $33.2 million in unrestricted cash.
