The AI company working where the real money is made

August 26, 2026 – Toronto, ON – Forget the hype cycle around chatbots. While the market focuses on AI that writes emails and poems, Predictiv AI Inc. (FWB: 7IT) (CSE: PAI) (the “Company” or “Predictiv AI”) is quietly embedding artificial intelligence directly into the industries that keep the world running: global logistics, healthcare, aviation and local commerce. This is AI with a direct line to the P&L – not a demo.

Predictiv AI operates four brands:

  • Shift AI (fleet and logistics intelligence)
  • CloudRep AI (AI-powered voice, SMS and chat automation)
  • CloudMD AI (AI for healthcare)
  • TireGPT (AI-powered tire marketplace)

Shift AI: Global Logistics Push – Launched and Underway

In April 2026, Shift Technologies (Shift AI) entered a joint venture with Arcasia Holdings to deploy its AI-powered transportation management platform across first-, middle- and last-mile logistics networks worldwide. This is not a company trying to build market share from zero. It is a company moving directly into networks that already move freight at scale.

Results came quickly. By June 2026, the Arcasia joint venture had produced Shift AI’s first major commercial deployment: a multi-phase contract with Prompt Xpress, one of Sri Lanka’s largest courier and logistics networks. Shift AI’s transportation management system, together with proprietary Shiftmatics hardware, is now being integrated end to end into Prompt Xpress’s middle-mile and last-mile operations. The model is working exactly as intended: technology paired with an established operator enables rapid scaling under real-world conditions – not a slow grind to adoption.

CloudRep AI: Direct Access to More Than 1,500 Clinics – Already Proven in Practice

In May 2026, Predictiv AI signed a strategic reseller agreement with ADDATech Systems, the company behind Clinicmaster. The practice management and EMR platform is used by more than 15,000 healthcare professionals across over 1,500 clinics in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic and multidisciplinary care.

That company is handing Predictiv AI the keys to its entire distribution network. Under the agreement, ADDATech will market, implement and resell CloudRep AI within its Canadian clinic network. The platform handles every front-desk function: AI-powered call answering, real-time appointment booking, caller authentication, SMS reminders, chatbot interactions, bilingual English and French support, and real-time sentiment analysis.

Critically, this agreement was not signed off a pitch deck. It followed completed pilot projects across multiple clinics and production-level integration testing. The technology had already proven itself in practice before the ink was dry on the contract.

Aviation: The Platform Proves Itself Where the Stakes Could Hardly Be Higher

If you want to know whether a fleet intelligence platform really delivers what it promises, you test it in one of the most demanding operating environments in the world: the live operations of an international airport. That is exactly what happened when Shift AI was selected for Innovate Calgary’s Soaring Higher Challenge. The program was designed to stress-test promising technologies inside live aviation operations and is run in direct partnership with Calgary International Airport (YYC) and WestJet.

This was not a lab demonstration. Shift AI’s asset and fleet intelligence platform was deployed in live operations, giving airport teams real-time visibility into where high-value ground equipment is located, how it is being used, and where action is needed. The solution was purpose-built around YYC’s airport layout rather than running on a generic template.

The result: a validated, aviation-specific solution built hand in hand with one of Canada’s busiest airports and one of the country’s leading airlines.

It is also worth noting that in early 2026, Shift AI completed a paid proof of concept for Air Canada, the country’s largest airline, at Canada’s largest airport, Toronto Pearson. Shareholders would undoubtedly benefit significantly should this successful POC convert into a commercial contract in the coming months.

Global Reach and Deployment by the United Nations

At the institutional level, Shift AI was awarded a fleet management software contract by the United Nations Development Programme in Africa. The contract was won through a competitive RFP process.

A global institution put Shift AI up against dozens of competing bids – in an environment where compliance, reporting and end-to-end asset traceability are absolutely non-negotiable.

And the customer list continues to grow across the North American economy: tire retail and vehicle service through Tire Warehouse.ca and TrailTire Auto Centers; health and wellness through PhysioMed and Anytime Fitness; travel and mobility through Expedia TAAP – supported by ongoing pilots and proofs of concept with Canadian municipalities and Air Canada.

Aviation. Public sector. Healthcare. Retail. Fitness. Travel. Fleets. A global organization. This is not a start-up leaning on one lucky reference customer. This is a company building real, cross-industry momentum in almost every corner of the real economy.

Why This Matters for Investors

With reseller partnerships opening established distribution channels, enterprise implementations already underway and expansion across multiple industries, Predictiv AI is positioning itself to scale well beyond the traditional start-up playbook. And if execution continues at its current pace, today’s valuation could be just the beginning.
