nasdaqPomdoctor Has Until April to Fix Two Nasdaq Deficiencies. It Hasn't Said How.

On the same day in late October, Nasdaq told Pomdoctor it had failed two separate listing requirements. The company has until April 26, 2027 to fix both — and has not disclosed a plan for either.

On October 28, Nasdaq wrote to Pomdoctor twice. Both letters covered the same stretch of trading, and both carried the same verdict: the company had fallen short of a listing requirement.

POMDOCTOR LIMITED NASDAQ: POM

The first notice said the total market value of all its listed securities had stayed below $50 million for thirty consecutive business days, from September 16 through October 27. The second said the market value of shares held by the public had stayed below $15 million over that same window. On Nasdaq's Global Market, those are two distinct requirements — missing one starts a clock; missing both at once means two clocks are running simultaneously.

For anyone holding the stock, the question is simple: if Pomdoctor cannot satisfy both standards by April 26, 2027, Nasdaq moves to delist it. Trading on a major exchange gives investors pricing transparency and ease of exit that trading over the counter does not.

Shares closed 20.13% higher at $1.8500, on dollar volume of about $868,000 — a thinly traded listing where the percentage and the turnover belong in the same breath.

To clear each bar, the relevant value would need to close at or above its threshold for at least ten consecutive business days before the deadline. The company said it plans to monitor both figures and evaluate available options. It did not say what those options are.

The filing itself acknowledges there is no guarantee of compliance. If the April deadline passes without both requirements met, Pomdoctor can appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel — but the filing does not suggest the company has a concrete path to get there before it comes to that.
