The agreement, dated June 28, called for VisionWave to acquire **51% of Meteor Aerospace at a pre-money equity valuation of $40 million**. On August 13, the company sent Meteor a written termination notice, effective immediately. The 8-K filed the following day says the decision followed due diligence but does not give a reason for the finding.

The exit carried no financial cost. **No shares were issued and no money changed hands**, and VisionWave said it faces no early termination penalties. The deal had not closed at the time it was cancelled.
