St. Joseph Inc. buys Fastbase AI and plans to change its name
St. Joseph Inc., until now a medical device and nutritional products company, says it has acquired Fastbase AI Corporation and intends to rename itself Fastbase AI Inc. The release gives no purchase price, no revenue figures and no share issuance details.
