Scorpio Gold started trading on a US exchange on September 1\. The next day, **trading across all its listings was halted**. The company said it was done in error and asked for trading to resume.

SCORPIO GOLD CORP OTC: SRCRF

The listing gives US investors a way to hold the stock through Nasdaq without going through a Canadian or German exchange. **Each American Depositary Share bundles 20 common shares** into a single unit, traded under the ticker SGLD. For existing holders, nothing changes — shares held on the TSX Venture Exchange, OTCQB, or Frankfurt Stock Exchange continue to trade under their current symbols, the company said in its September 1 announcement.

Converting to ADSs is optional and currently free. The company said the issuance fee is waived through November 25; **after that, the fee is US$5.00 for every 100 ADSs issued**. Bank of New York Mellon administers the program.

Common shares on the OTCQB **closed 44.25% higher at $0.3462 on September 3**, on dollar volume of about $1.76 million across 323 trades, after the company announced the listing and the erroneous halt.

The company did not say what caused the September 2 halt — its first full trading day on the new exchange.
