SKK Holdings drills underground pathways for pipes and cables beneath Singapore's streets. If the last approvals arrive, it will be a drone-agriculture technology company before the year is out.

SKK Holdings Limited NASDAQ: SKK

Shares **closed 36.43% higher at $5.7300**, on dollar volume of about $48.8 million, after the company announced six new drilling contracts totalling up to **$26.6 million** — the largest block of new work it has disclosed to date — and confirmed that its acquisition of drone-technology assets from Rantizo, Inc. is advancing toward closing.

The deal is the part that changes what SKK Holdings is. **The stated valuation is $258.8 million**, but the cash going to Rantizo is just $759,047\. The rest of the consideration comes in newly issued shares. To generate enough of them, shareholders voted in June to approve a **tenfold increase in the company's authorized share capital**. Every new share issued to Rantizo makes the ones already out there a smaller slice of the same company.

The asset purchase agreement, signed May 1, 2026, covers substantially all of Rantizo's drone-based technology used in agricultural spraying, seeding and monitoring. **Upon closing, SKK Holdings will rename itself Rantizo.** Rantizo Inc. — a Delaware corporation headquartered in Houston, Texas, according to the company's release — will hold a substantial equity position and the right to nominate two directors to the board. Marianne McInerney will join as President.

The six new drilling contracts cover horizontal directional drilling — a method that lets utilities be laid underground with minimal surface disruption — and utility works. Five of the six are fixed-price subcontracts for building contractors and a telecommunications operator, worth about **$19.6 million combined**. **The sixth, at about $7.0 million**, covers utility works for a Singapore statutory board project.

Short volume on the session came to 1,632,151 shares — more than double the free float of 756,287 shares.

One condition stands between SKK Holdings and the closing: **Nasdaq must approve the listing of the additional shares.** Until it does, SKK Holdings is still a pipe driller.
