Two investors held warrants to buy AMC Robotics shares at $4.017 each. The company cut that price to **$1.65 — less than half the original** — to make sure they exercised now rather than whenever they chose.

AMC Robotics Corporation NASDAQ: AMCI

The deal, announced August 21 on GlobeNewswire, **locks in $1 million immediately**. The same investors can exercise their remaining warrants at $1.65 within 30 trading days for up to about **$1.1 million more**, bringing the potential total to about $2.1 million. The company says the proceeds will go toward its NovaArm manufacturing facility in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam.

That factory has a stated price tag. The company's second-quarter results, filed August 17, put planned buildout and equipment at **about $3.5 million**. Cash on hand as of June 30 was **$4.5 million**, down from about $7 million at year-end 2025\. The warrant proceeds are meant to fill part of that gap.

Shares closed 32.65% higher at $6.5000 on August 23, on dollar volume of about $1.2 million.

Getting the cash in hand early came with a commitment. In exchange for exercising immediately, **the two investors received new warrants covering up to 1,219,816 additional shares** — one new warrant for each share issued under the existing ones. Those new warrants carry an **exercise price of $5.775** and are exercisable straight away, running for just over four years. The free float stands at about 3.7 million shares; the new warrants would add roughly 1.2 million more if fully exercised.

The **6,150-square-metre Bắc Ninh facility** was announced in June. The company said the lease was expected to take effect in the third quarter of 2026, with initial production targeted for the second half of the year.

The remaining $1.1 million is an option, not a commitment. The investors have 30 trading days from the agreement to decide whether to exercise the rest.
